How do you convert a PHP file to a MP3 File?
PHP is a programming language, so a file ending ".php" is a server side script normally used to render content in HTML.
This therefore isn't a music file so cannot be converted to an mp3.
The php file may have a reference to the mp3 file though. I'm assuming you right-clicked on a link saying "listen now" and downloaded the php file. If that is so, then it's likely that link leads you to some sort of membership page where they want you to sign up before accessing the music.
