i've used drupal and joomla before for other things but which one (taking new suggestions other than drupal and joomla) would be the best for a corporate site?

I would have to say that PHPNuke is going to top this list. It is fully integrateable with most shopping cart systems. It has many modules available for upgrading with little hassles. And too, I believe it to be a more secure system all around.
